Fabric & Custom Orders

Some fabrics may be cut according to the quantity or measurements selected by the customer. Customised, personalised, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products may be subject to specific return restrictions where permitted by applicable Kuwaiti law.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the fabric type, colour, quantity, measurements, specifications, and other order details before completing a purchase.

Any applicable legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

Orders & Order Confirmation

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. We may send an order acknowledgement by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available electronic communication method.
